Great location

It needs a lock on bathroom as when there are 5 of you and someone is in the shower you can walk in without realising someone is in

Lovely bright, very spacious apartment in great location

Could do with a little TLC however we still had a comfortable stay.

- The details on how to find the property were detailed and helpful in gaining access - The location is central to Harrogate and the train station

- The apartment was unclean. There was mouldy food in the dishwasher filter so we washed everything by hand. There was also egg in the sink which we had to clean upon arrival. The carpets felt gritty and had large stains on them. - There was no way to lock the front door from the inside of the property which can feel unsafe when staying somewhere new - There was no lock on the bathroom door and the bathroom handle was coming off the door. - The beds were not comfortable - We were asked to strip the beds of sheets and to empty the bins into an outside bin. There was no outside bin available to do this. - The water flow in the kitchen was poor. - The knives in the kitchen were not sharp and made cooking at the apartment difficult.

We are unable to comment as the owner made no contact with us didn’t answer phone calls. We were forced to find alternate accommodation very late in the afternoon after 25 hours of travel from Australia.

From the look of the building the apartment was located in (after we finally found it) it appeared very unkempt and uninviting.

Absolutely everything! Superb apartment in every way Superb location - very short walk from Harrogate Station, near town and Convention Centre

Nothing bad to say....it was superb!! Highly recommend. However sadly there was no WiFi during my stay which was frustrating as I had work to do. No Wifi meant no TV either! The owner was very apologetic and I am sure this issue will be resolved and then the apartment will really be perfect

Nothing - we arrived at our check in time to find the property unprepared for our stay - dirty laundry in the hallway. One bed unmade. 2nd bed still with previous guests bed linen. Kitchen bin full of rubbish. The property had not been cleaned.

The entrance hall and approach was dirty and unkempt - unwelcoming.
