The location was convenient to a neighborhood with restaurants etc.

It was advertised as having two bathrooms. When we arrived, one of the two bathrooms had no hot water. This must have been apparent to the hosts before we arrived, as there was a broken part on the shower faucet and the part had been left in the bathroom. We told the hosts and they initially seemed responsive. But there was no effort to fix it during our stay, leaving our group with only a single working bathroom. Afterward the hosts promised us a partial 10% refund. But after months of inquiry and delay, they apparently never gave us the promised refund. Overall the place looks nice, but it is one of the renovations with flimsy materials. Also, shortly before you arrive they will message you demanding that you either pay a substantial security deposit or “insurance” against damage. Red flag - this payment is not processed via booking.com, which is always a risk.

Comfortable apartment in good location
