The size of the living and dining room. The welcome cake and drinks. Good supply of kitchen items.

The building is old and dirty. There was no clothes dryer and the outside line didn’t work very well for drying clothes. Neither bathroom was en suite and both were very small, one had no shower. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very small not enough clothes hanging or storage.

Instructions to access parking facilities were inadequate- critical information was missing eg to use the far left lane when entering parking facilities which allows access to residential bays for hotel guests. If you are in public parking lane when you enter the parking facilities you have to take a ticket but you then cannot enter your allocated residential parking bay. Not enough to provide a small map identifying location of parking facility. Was not a pleasant welcome.

The apartment was close to the bus station. We dropped off our rental car there. It was walkable to all the sights.

We were quite happy with our stay.

Beautiful apartment centrally located - easy walking distance to Old Town and Gros areas. The apartment was very clean & had great facilities. The beds were comfortable and it had parking available which was a real bonus. Communication with the owners was easy via WhatsApp which made check-in easy. There was milk, beer, soft drinks and water in the fridge which was a wonderful welcoming gift for tired travellers. Apartment has a nice balcony area as well.
