Mikain Terrace Cathedral View with Free Parking & Air Cond

Excellent apartment for 4 adults. Plenty of space and well equipped. Meet and greet by owners was prompt and efficient. Car parking was provided.

Location was a bit of a walk to old town.

Central location - just a few minutes from the city centre. Fully equipped apartment, great communication with the host. Very nice view of the cathedral.

We felt the mattresses were a bit too firm. This is just a matter of personal preference, though.

It was very clean, comfortable and the apartment was lovely. A great location. The hosts were lovely too, very obliging with helping out with any questions or queries. The apartment was very well equipped with items in the fridge even.

Absolutely lovely apartment in Donostia’s core. Both rooms were carefully & tastefully decorated. Beds, incredibly comfortable. Kitchen exquisitely furnished. Bathroom & additional water closet both very nice with high end touches. Elevator to 5th floor is terrific. Patio overlooking rooftops and cathedral is totally lovely. We were treated so well with so much care, concern and attention. They even gave us a write up (in English) of a dozen+ restaurants & places for pintxos! The proprietor speaks beautiful English. A totally lovely & charming couple! My only regret is that our plans didn’t allow us to stay longer

The hosts were easy to reach and very helpful. They helped us securing a parking space during our stay over a very busy weekend in August. The apartment was clean, very well lit and nothing was lacking in term of amenities. The host also provided some supplies (snacks and drinks). The apartment is large & can easily accommodate a family of four (two bedrooms, two toilets and a large living/dining area). The apartment has a balcony that runs the full length, with a table for dining (and watching fireworks!). The location is excellent, a couple of blocks away from the touristic hotspots like the beach, the old town and most of the main attractions.

Noise from the street could be a bit loud with the windows open in the evening/night, and since there’s no AC, it could bother some people during the summer. We were there on a busy weekend of the summer, so there was probably more action than during the rest of the year.
