Situation very good, good, clear communication with host company, parking by the caravan, comfortable clean accommodation. Swift response when problems arose.

No hot water on 3rd morning...though staff responded very quickly to solve problem. Occasional glitch with TV connection. We were a group of 7.... only 6 metal forks and one wooden/ takeaway fork? Why? Only 6 bath towels left out... I went on a search and found another in the sofa storage box

"Family holiday"

Our stay was overall great and the caravan accommodated us all it’s complete with kitchen stuff. A bus going to the city centre is just outside the main gate which was great and it takes you about 35-49 minutes to get to the city centre.

Every thing was perfect.
