Immaculate 3 bd 2 bth apartment Free Carpark & pool

We booked just one night and the location was just perfekt! Also with secure car park.

Good location being central city, we did a lot of walking to activities which was great as parking in central Auckland can be a nightmare (& expensive). Having the designated underground parking space was fantastic. The apartment has all day sun and we found it very warm, even staying in the middle of winter. I wouldn’t recommend however if staying during the summer as I imagine it would get quite hot and there is no air conditioning (only fans which would not be enough). The couch in the lounge was comfortable. The instructions to get access to the apartment were clear and easy to follow. As very close to train tracks we expected it to be noisy but we didn’t notice the trains unless we had the doors/windows open. Had the basics you would expect from an apartment.

The description says the apartment is immaculate which it definitely isn’t - it’s quite tired with marks and dents in the walls, the bathrooms are very tired and don’t look overly clean. The cooktop in the kitchen is up the wrong way (guessing as it’s close to the sink, the knobs needed to be further away from the water supply to meet code). We went to use the oven and there was melted cheese all over the pan so had to clean that before we could use it. The beds are very basic and not the most comfortable and the pillows were terrible which made for lack of sleep, so much so that they were almost not worth having as would wake with my head on the mattress. Should invest in some better quality pillows. The showers are terrible - lack of pressure and the shower heads were loose and/or broken. The drawers in the master bedroom were full of linen so unusable - as we only stayed 3 nights it wasn’t too bad living out of a bag but if you were there for longer you would expect to be able to put some clothes away in drawers.

The place was fantastic. Location was perfect and an easy walk to most attractions. The pool was fun, the sauna hot and the apartment was comfortable. It met our needs as a family. Thank you.

Instructions on how to turn the oven and cook top onNi. All the beds have a lot of dust underneath them.

Good location. Walking distance to Harbour and CBD.

Very weak water for shower.
