We loved the location, the size of the property and the decor.

A fairly minor issue, the facilities could have been a little better. For example, the fridge doesn't have a freezer so we weren't able to have ice and there wasn't a microwave which could have been useful.

Spacious house with 4 large double bedrooms, quirky decor which suits the house perfectly. huge basement would be a fabulous addition if renovated

Very small kitchen for 8 of us, although it wasn’t much of an issue

"Excellent in everything."

This property was amazing a group of mature ladies who have been friends for over 40 years. It’s walking distance from train station and in to town. Just perfect clean and wonderful decor. Would definitely recommend. Harrogate is a fab place to visit. Great places to eat and wonderful shopping.

A stylish and well-maintained property in a great location. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Excellent communication from the host and comprehensive information provided in advance of our arrival to ensure a smooth stay.

For the size of the house, the kitchen felt relatively small. We ate out in the evenings and so it really wasn’t a problem at all but I would imagine if the house had maximum occupancy, it might be tight cooking and serving for 8! All the more reason to sample the many bistros and restaurants within walking distance.

"Great location, but probably would look to stay in a hotel next time."

Close to station and short walk into the town centre.

Bathroom on second floor. Shower flow too weak to be able to wash hair. Only really fit for rinsing body.

"Perfect for a big group"

Great location, huge rooms, nicely decorated, very comfy beds, well stocked bathroom and kitchen. Also felt very clean.

The kitchen is a little small in relation to the amount of guests staying - didn’t impede our stay as we were only using it for breakfast but I wouldn’t fancy cooking a big meal in there!
