"Serenity in the heart of Johannesburg"

The place is peaceful and very calming. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The rooms were of a very high quality - the food at the restaurant was divine!

There systems that control personal bookings should link better with the restaurants. There was a lot of misunderstanding regarding an arrangement to pay at the end of the stay vs paying after having a meal

"Quaint retreat close to Johannesburg"

The facility is charming and I liked the breakfast very much. The room was large but dated.

The parking was a little far and the communication with the main reception difficult. Took over an hour for an ironing board to arrive and arrangements for a bus/taxi to a nearby event got messed up and never arrived.
