The staff members are all extremely friendly people who have been very well trained. They pride themselves on being South African and their were smiles all round. We loved our stay

The facilities could be better maintained e.g. The kids playground equipment is very old and rusty, and the pool deck chais can have better pillows and towels

Lovely place to stay with all the amenities

The parking was very far away from the unit, and ariving with more than one trip to the unit was unpleasant. Returning in the evening, there was nobody to assist in the dark to find the one of many units. Signage back to the reception was poor, I wandered around and other guest guided me back to reception
