Twilight House -Wyndale Living- B'ham JQ Townhouse

Lovely open plan layout downstairs, great to have four en suite bedrooms plus downstairs toilet. Short walk along the canal to Brindley place containing restaurants and bars (can get the tram from there to shopping centre) Also some bars, cafes, restaurants, fast food places and a small Tesco on the way to jewellery quarter, going the opposite direction. Ideal location, close enough to walk to but also far enough away if you want a bit quieter at night. Great communication from the team if we needed any information, help or recommendations, before during and after our stay.

Booked on behalf of colleagues, originally 1 week stay and extended for 2 weeks. Apartment very clean and host was available, if needed. Will definitely book again when in the area.

I honestly dont know as my overall experience was just unpleasant and a waste of time and money

I was told the check in has been delayed due to unforeseen circumstances which lead to my frozen items of food gone to waste as we were on a schedule for visiting my family for eid celebrations By the time I checked in all a waste As I entered the door there was a huge number of ants all over due to a spillage and floor was sticky The carpets on staircase was very dirty (on sides grey and dark dirt brown in centre due to poor maintenance) As I went to my bedroom the sink was left blocked and had a foul smell (disgusting) for which to regulate the smell i bought a air freshener Upon informing with video recording straight away to the property owners they said someone will come the next day so we had no access to that enriches suite When a cleaner came to mop and clean the entrance it was left with detergent bubbles and residue left Which we cleand ourselves as didn't want ants to come We had hot water for only 3 people the first day then no hot water for two days considering there was 9 of us On our previous stay we had no remote control working for the TV or enough toiletries I appreciate after asking them this time they gave enough Honestly I returned with a very unhappy family and 388 pounds per day wasted

Comfortable large bedrooms, all with en suite. Nice bedding and towels. Kitchen well equipped. 10 minutes walk to centre of Birmingham.

The house needed a fair amount of TLC. Some showers were grubby and lacking door handles and/or shower holder. Sofa cushions stained. Cafetiere (only one for potentially 12 people) had dangerously broken spout. We had to move the rug round as one edge was curled up and one of us tripped over it. We had a good stay but with some extra care the house could be so much better

Loved this townhouse. It is clean, comfortable, and effortlessly stylish. Great host, great setup, great night’s sleep. Exactly what you want from an overnight stay, and then some. Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Honestly, no downsides at all. The townhouse delivered on every front and made the stay effortless.

Lovely house, great location for what we needed. All bedrooms have en suites. Easy check-in. On street parking. Would definitely return.

The property does need a deep clean and some maintenance. We couldn't get the WiFi to connect to our devices, but the tv worked. Would be useful to leave instructions for the heaters as two of them had the child lock on.

Fantastic property. Nice big rooms all ensuite. Location is also good and easily walkable to pubs and restaurants in town.
