Luxurious apartment 10 minute walk from Old Course

The location is fantastic, a 5-minute stroll to the main thoroughfare and St Andrews Uni campus. The modernity and spaciousness of the flat design. The decoration. The view out of the living room landscape windows. The amenities. The flat is fully furnished with 6 each of red wine glasses, white wine glasses, copitas, cups, mugs, cutlery, pots, pans, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, etc.. Nothing was left wanting. Everything works. And everything looks nearly new. No funky odours at all. Eric, the manager, was warm and helpful. The bathrooms are clean and modern. The water pressure is great. The bedlinen and towels are clean. It is far better and lower cost than the very expensive cramped hotel room that my boy stayed at with a view of the road-that's another story. What a deal!

The dual keys locks stumped me a little. It was my girlfriend who figured it out that perhaps the OTHER key went into the lower keyhole. A bit of finagling and the door opened. Not a complaint as much as a warning: the blackout curtains in the living room don't close; they're purely decorative. There are no tracks for them to pull closed. DON'T TRY TO YANK THEM CLOSED. Consequently, it could get warm in the living room when the afternoon sun beats on the west window.
