Rooms in a beautiful house with free on St parking

Clean and comfortable. Ideally located for the event I was attending and very good value. Shared bathroom was modern with good shower and on the same floor. Shared kitchenette was stocked with supplies so you can make hot drinks and there is a microwave if you need to warm up any food. Beds were very comfortable and I had a good sleep. The host Sonia was friendly and helpful.

The only small negative was that there was some confusion with the bookings and I ended up having to move rooms during my stay. However, in the grave scheme of things this would not put me off from returning if I am in the area again.

The location, the size of the room

Nice and quiet street and I really loved the cats. It exceeded my expectations as emergency accommodation for one night so we would like to stay here longer for next time.

Place was spotless. Sonia the host was terrific, nothing was too much trouble. Had a wonderful stay. The 2 cats were adorable. Excellent value for money. The next time I'm in Brighton this will be the only place I'll stay. Thanks for making my stay memorable.

It was perfect.

Stunning property, extremely clean, and great prices. Host went above and beyond for us as we left our key and wasn't home till late and she made sure we could get back in. Our room was beautiful and the bed was so comfy. The facilities where great and well thought through. Plus 2 beautiful cats live here so was so nice to say hello. Highly recommend this property.
