ITL'appartamento è perfetto: dispone di tutto e gli spazi sono ampi. L'arredamento è nuovo e funzionale.
Il costo del late check out pari ad euro 25 ci è sembrato eccessivo.

USAll the floors are heated. It was a comfortable quiet accommodation for a few nights with great Wifi. It had a washer but no drying rack.
I had to reach out to get the Wi-Fi as it was never given to me. When I arrived there was very little soap for the washing machine and no soap for the dishwasher. When I messaged I was told they did not supply those. I then later noticed there was also no washing soap body soap. When I messaged they did send some down and also some dishwashing soap. The kitchen is a nice kitchen but it's missing a lot of basic items if you want to cook. There is no toaster and no microwave and very few utensils but plenty of bowls and cups and plates. It does need some deep cleaning, under the bed was garbage.
GRWe didn’t want to be in the center we needed to be close to the train station and it was exactly what we wanted. It had mini markets and restaurants walking distance. Very clean with a small exception
The shower was slightly blocked. Other than that the property was great. Keep in mind that if you come with big luggage the entrance has two flights of stairs up and then when you exit the elevator another flight of stairs down to reach the apartment
RSThe apartment is spacious, perfectly organised, clean and beautiful. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of space to store your things. The location, though not exactly central, is convenient because it is close to the main train station. All in all, we had a great stay.
While it wasn't an issue for us, we did find it a little unusual that only wine glasses were provided and none of the regular kind, given that everything else was more than fine.

Naozaj nerada píšem negatívne hodnotenie a nerobím to ani často a teda len v prípade ak negatíva prevážia pozitíva, čo bolo v tomto prípade. Ubytovanie bolo v celku nové, čo je fajn ale prosím vás kontrolujte si upratovanie, apartmán bol nie nejlepšie uprataný, navyše chýbali základné veci ako mydlo na ruky, jar, kuchynské utierky, dve osušky a jeden uterák je naozaj málo, jeden hrnček, summa summarum veľmi slabé základné vybavenie bytu. Špinavé handry po upratovaní v kúpeľni, v skriniach, použité prostriedky po ubytovaných hosťoch, celkovo čistota a vybavenie bolo asi to najhoršie čo nám prekážalo.

DEGute Lage in praktischer Fußreichweite (5 min.) zum Bahnhof/Busbahnhof, zentral aber nicht zu laut. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern mit (fast) allen Annehmlichkeiten, voll ausgestatteter Küche mit Geräten etc.
Die Wohnung war leider noch nicht zur vereinbarten Zeit vorbereitet, obwohl für den early checkin extra bezahlt wurde. Da die Reinigungskraft zu spät kam, entstand eine Stunde Wartezeit. Hier war die Kommunikation/Abstimmung nicht ganz reibungslos. Daher gibt es hierfür einen Punkt-Abzug. Alles anderes hat sehr gut geklappt.
