BGNice clean place. Lacated near train station allows us to go fast to Viena. It is only 20minutes walking diatance to old town. 2 separate bedrooms and kitchen - perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids.

DEDie Lage war sehr gut sowie die moderne Ausstattung. Das Einchecken war unkompliziert. Bei Rückfragen wurde in der Regel schnell reagiert. Handtücher haben frisch gerochen und die Bäder wie Küche waren sauber.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnungen ist verbessungswürdig da Besteck und Gläser fehlten wenn man zu 4 eine Wohnung bucht. Darüber hinaus wurde eine Wohnung für 3 gebucht das ausziehbare Sofa war nicht ausziehbar und auf Nachfrage gab es auch keine Zustellbett. Die Bettwäsche hat teilweise muffig gerochen. Die Wohnungen waren grundsätzlich sauber wenn man nicht auf den Boden schaut. Die Wände könnte man teilweise neu streichen und ein Fenster hatte ein Riss im Glas (Fenster war im Aufenthalt aber dicht). Bei der Rückgabe der Schlüssel war es etwas umständlich bei der Rückgabe im Hostel wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Erst sind wir dort hingefahren und am Telefon hieß lasst den Schlüssel unter der Matte obwohl ich vor dem Hotel stand. Erst in einem Rückruf ist der Herr dann heruntergekommen, da waren wir wieder auf halbem Weg zurück. Ärgerlich wenn man unter Zeitdruck ist.

NEDODANIE FAKTÚRY!!! Po pár dňoch sme mali problém s internetom a žiaľ ani za 4 dni neboli schopný ho opraviť!!! Odpovede z manažmentu že prídu zajtra, neprišli a na ďalší deň znova, že prídu zajtra- samozrejme nikto sa nedostavil. Taktiež slabá organizácia čo sa týka posielania správ pred príchodom, nevedeli sme ani presné číslo bytu a poschodie. Chýbal nám odpadkový kôš vo WC. Gauč a koberec mohol byť lepšie vyčistený.
HUThe apartment is lovely! Right enough for 2 (or even 3) people. Very cozy, modern, clean and the atmosphere is warm. The little terrace and garden is nice as well. The location is pretty good, the area is quiet, no sound of cars or trams. We are very satisfied.
