Near construction no parking the staff was dumb avd incompetent

Location was great

The staff did not clean our room after the first night. We visited Miami and on our way back started pouring. We got to the hotel all wet and we realized that they didn't make our bed or gave us towels. I had to go to the lobby to get new towels. They said they would "investigate" what happened and why they didn't make our room but no solution was given. After that, we went out to have dinner and we could not get back into our room, it was locked. We had to go back again to the lobby and they reprogrammed our key. That did not work either and one of the staff members had to spend around 3-4 minutes playing with the door handle so we could get in. Staff members said that it looked like someone locked it from inside. All our stuff was inside the room as well. Finally, we were able to get in. After this I asked for compensation for the different troubles we had on a single day they said that they that "the manager is not here". I asked the next day to follow up, but nothing happened at the end, we checked out and they were not willing to be accountable for the troubles.

being gaslit by the staff regarding getting a refund - we checked out same night after seeing deplorable conditions, and the refund process has been a nightmare! Avoid this place at all costs

Quarto entregou o prometido, o hotel tem uma ótima localização, bem pertinho da praia e também com muitas opções de cafés e restaurantes, pra mim a localização sobe a barra da acomodação.

O banheiro só tem um vidro para separar o box e toda vez que tomava banho molhava tudo, na minha primeira noite acordei com o quarto completamente molhado, tinha goteira do ar condicionado, avisei a recepção e prontamente eles arrumaram e limparam o quarto. O hotel deve ter passado recentemente por uma reforma e o cheiro de tinta nos corredores ainda é bem forte. Me cobraram 70 dólares de taxa de resort, quando na descrição do booking eles dizem não cobrar a taxa.

I have been staying here for many years and love the hotel as it is in walking distance to the beach and the events I participate in.

It was this time that road construction was happening at midnight till in the early morning. Cutting asphalt etc. it was super loud.
