Good location for exploring South Wales.

Front door lock was hard to open & needs repairing. Fitted bed sheet didn’t fit the mattress, which was soft & uncomfortable. Some lights didn’t work & kitchen utensils were either ineffective or non existent. No toilet roll holder, hand wash or towel in laundry toilet. No toilet roll holder in bathroom & towels were way too small.

Property was really well presented and had a lot of space, all the rooms was well laid out! TVs in both the bigger rooms with Netflix. Loverly property would stay again!

There was an arcade machine, and the children enjoyed playing games.

We booked for five people, but there weren't enough cutlery sets, and the dishes were not clean, so we had to wash them before use. The wardrobe and drawers were filled with wood dust, making them unusable, and the washing machine had mold and a strong odor, so we couldn’t use it either.

Great place for a base stay. Modern and clean. No tin opener or scissors in the kitchen. The down step into kitchen needs a highlighting strip as the flooring is all the same colour and a few times fell down it.

It’s clean , nice beds , and peaceful

Very clean and well decorated house. Easy access to the property. Bed really comfy and clean.

One radiator nearest the window did not come on properly, even when I tried to turn it up.
