"Could be so much better"

Modern decor with a comfy sofa. TV with Netflix. My son loved the TV bed and had his own space. Good communication with the host.

My main concern is that there are NO SMOKE ALARMS in this property. As such booking.com should not be hosting it. Needed a deep clean. Carpets needed hoovering, toilet not properly cleaned with grime in the seat joint and public hair to match. The sofa is lovely but stained all over. The garden was inaccessible, full of rubble. Shame as it could be an added feature. There was a large security spot light that kept coming on every few minutes through most of the night. This illuminates the second double bedroom like a football pitch.
