Το πρωινό αλλά και το δείπνο είχε εξαιρετικά μεγάλη ποικιλία και γενικά καλή ποιότητα.

Νομίζω ότι το ξενοδοχείο (κυρίως τα δωμάτια) χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση. Είναι αρκετά ακριβό για να υπάρχουν μπαλώματα στους τοίχους, ξεφτισμένες πόρτες κτλ.

Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία, παροχές και εξαιρετικό προσωπικό.

Η τοποθεσία, η ευγένια του προσωπικού, το πρωϊνο και γενικά τα γεύματα ήταν πολύ καλά.

Στο ξενοδοχείο αν και στα δωμάτια δεν έχει γίνει ανακαίνιση, είναι προσεγμένο και καλά συντηρημένο.

This is an ideal destination for families with young children to visit for a relaxing proper holiday.

Rooms and hotel as a whole is quite dated. In my humble opinion proper building maintenance is key in order to maintain a 5 star feel to ones stay, this is not evident here. While you pay for a 5 star hotel, it seems the standards have fallen and this hotel would no longer qualify for 5 stars. There was only one towel station servicing 3 pools and the beach, as a result of which there were never available beach towels and you had to wait for an average of 20 minutes every day. This is unacceptable to me. Sunbeds in the pool area were old and uncomfortable alluminium ones that one would use about 20yrs ago, and certainly not in a 5 star hotel in 2025. Pool service was slow, not due to the fault of the 1 waiter servicing the whole pool area but due to the fact they do not use an electronic ordering system and waiters need to write down the order in pen and paper and pass it on to the kitchen/bar. This creates tremendous delay in the service as the waiter needs to walk up/down from pools to bar/kitchen in order to service their clients. why ??? We do not see ourselves revisiting this establishment in the near future, unless they sort themselves out and start providing a first class service again to their clients.

Mandola Rosa in Kyllini is a true gem of luxury hospitality. From the warm and welcoming staff to the impeccable attention to detail, every moment feels special. The food is outstanding, offering both variety and quality with fresh flavors that delight. Service is top-notch, combining professionalism with genuine care, creating an unforgettable five-star-plus experience.

Please keep in mind that is was our third consecutive year at the hotel which appears to all of us (we were a big group of friends) that the hotel is getting way worse by the year. Perfect location. The fact that there is a water park. The attitude of all the lifeguards there. The two Giannis drivers were excellent.

⛔️the aqua park. So many broken parts at the splash pad. So much dirt at the pools. Toxic paint pilled out of them. Fungus growing out of nozzles. ⛔️The red slider closed (they have a story the say every year “we are expecting the mechanic from Turkey by the end of September to come fix it”. ⛔️The bar doesn’t serve any food whatsoever. The stuff was not very friendly. ⛔️Filled up trashcan right in-front of the cashier at the aquarium park. ⛔️The hotels swimming pools. Old, dirty with fungus and grass etc growing out of the overflow grates, black joints on most tiles and so on. ⛔️Black hazardous air conditioning grilles in the room. ⛔️ The room condition. Old furnitures some worn out. Old looking bathroom with damages. ⛔️ Angelos at the reception. Very rude and lied to us about calling for a gold car. ⛔️At check-in we weren’t informed about all the activities on the hotels etc as they did the previous years. ⛔️For 2+ hours the didn’t have fresh towels for the Customers at the Aqua Park. ⛔️Unreal cost 55€/person for a lunch buffet where some food was cold eg french fries. There are a lot more to write but can’t waste the time. Besides the hotel management most probably won’t do anything about all those issues.
