- food was excellent - the personnel was very friendly and helpful - the waterpark is great for the kids - beautiful white decor inside the hotel - a lot of swimming pools and available sun beds - the view from the dining and bar area was breathtaking (you can see Zakynthos, Kefalonia and Ithaki - room was spacious - bar area offered a large variety of drinks/coctails

- the bathroom needs some maintenance (the grout and the mixers)

Perfect place recommend for at least 4 +nights

The rooms feel a bit old and poor

Εξαιρετική κουζίνα και στα αλά καρτ εστιατόρια και στο μπουφέ. Μεγάλη ποικιλία και πολυ καλές γεύσεις Εξαιρετικοί χώροι στα facilities, πισίνες, εστιατόρια, aqua park και απίθανη παραλία.

Σχετικά μικρό και παλαιό δωμάτιο Έλλειψη πετσετών για πισίνα και θάλασσα Φτωχά event για παιδιά.

Πήραμε πακέτο ημιδιατροφης και το φαγητό ήταν ΣΥΓΚΛΟΝΙΣΤΙΚΟ. Και το λέω σε σύγκριση με πολλά 5στερα που έχω επισκεφτεί. Η περιοχή είναι πολύ όμορφη, δίπλα σε μεγάλη παραλία και οι δραστηριότητες που μπορεί να κάνει μια οικογένεια είναι πάρα πολλές. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά.

Ίσως η καθαριότητα των δωματίων θα έπρεπε να είναι καλύτερη, όμως σίγουρα επηρεάστηκε αυτή η παροχή από το γεγονός ότι το ξενοδοχείο ήταν γεμάτο. Επίσης θα έπρεπε να παρακολουθώ καλύτερα τις έξτρα χρεώσεις γιατί στο τέλος υπήρχαν επιπλέον χρεώσεις που δεν κάναμε

The absolute best thing was the service. The staff were so incredibly doting and detail oriented. We can’t thank them enough. Our stay was unforgettable. The facilities were beautiful and pristine, the breakfast was superb and always very fresh, and the evening activities were great fun for the whole family.

We wish the workers quarters were more appealing for the wonderful people who work there. And we wish the Whatsapp booking for activities and restaurants were a little more clear (there was a small mixup when we were there).
