Very nice staff, very good breakfast, spacious room and bathroom.

The quiet hours were from midnight till 6am, didn't hear much before midnight but got woken up by people from 6am. As I was waking up early already I wish I had been able to at least stay asleep until my alarm went off which was impossible.. Also no window in the room, a fan was left instead but yeah that was unusual

Location,price.Car park arrangements were spot on.

Toilet smelt like a drain from a sewer coming from the walk in shower.Damp.Fromt door shutting at 1030 pm then having to go down stairs at back of building in inadequately lit route then back up stairs to ground level which defeated the purpose of ground level room.
