Everything you could ask for in a superb location. A short walk to the beautiful beach, the old town with its superb restaurants and the marina. And a large supermarket across the road. The apartment itself is spacious with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

The key box was the highest so difficult in the dark to reach it.

There’s wasn’t anything we didn’t like. The only improvement I would give is to provide bottled water on arrival. We had a late flight so had to walk around late at night looking for water

The apartment itself was nice

We were asked during our stay to vacate the apartment as the owner wanted prospective purchasers to view it. We reluctantly agreed when they said they would pay us. We tidied up and left as requested and then never paid us the agreed fee. Secondly we needed beach towels. There was no option to order in advance. I ordered on our first day in the morning and it took until 7pm for them to be delivered- no apologies and they still intended to charge for that day. Thirdly the apartment looks over a school playground- it is very noisy from 8am in the morning- not ideal for a relaxing break.

The noisy school. The water took forever to get hit. And no blind in the lounge so you got blinded in the morning sun.

Relatively new, use of roof top pool

Wasn’t clean, there was a can of coke spilt under a sofa that hadn’t been cleaned before arrival. There is a school directly next to the balcony and there was screaming children all day every day from first thing in the morning. There is a couple who own a property in the development that are horrible to deal with. They fall out with loads of people who are on holiday up at the roof top pool over the most trivial of matters. They think they own the development & make it not nice to stay there. The management company - Room Services are terrible. They do not welcome you on arrival. We had to walk to the office with elderly parents and 5 cases to collect and drop off keys. We had to figure out ourselves what part of the development our Appartment was in too. When we tried to call them to talk us through where to go they ignored us, but would answer a WhatsApp message in seconds. Terrible, non-existent service & we will not use them again. The polar opposite to the excellent service provided from the company we rented our other, second Appartment from.

Great location and lovely apartment

It's in a perfect location: 10-15 minutes on foot from the main restaurant area and 5 minutes from the beach. Clean. Very comfortable facilities. Safe complex. Great communication with the host.

Sound isolation, you could easily hear the neighbors from different flats.
