Location,view and parking

We stayed here overnight and it was really disappointing! Worst accommodation and host we ever had in baguio. On our arrival, we contacted the host as we have an important question from them, however it's been more than 10 missed calls and messages but no answer and they didn't even bothered to contact me back to ask what was our concerns. The day of our check out we asked permission from the receptionist if it's okay to leave our car at the parking area and told them that we will be back later because we will be doing some sightseeing and shopping at the city, they said that it's completely fine and didn't mention that there will be a next guest. Later then I received a message from the booking.com app saying that we did an illegal parking and will be fined for 2,000PHP but the said fine from the receptionist was 1,200 PHP. I dont know who was telling lies and truth! There is also no policy saying that there will be a charge of 1,200 or 2,000PHP for illegal or overstaying at the car park. If only we were told! Never again.

There was ants inside the microwave. Also have to find a plunger to unclog the toilet.
