The location is nice and the unit is clean.

I didn't receive instruction on how to check-in despite the messages i sent to inform me about it. The owner is not taking the call nor answering my messages, we waited more than an hour to be able to check-in, when the care taker arrived pass our check-in time. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay.

Everything. The location is perfect, just less than 10min drive to SM Baguio, Botanical garden, wright park and others. The unit is clean and quiet. It has a great view of the City. The host answers your queries right away.

Everything is perfect but the stinky smell of the drainage in the evening. But it’s bearable.

Spacious, got balcony, has parking, easy to deal with the owner and refunded me immediately

Not cleaned upon arrival, apparently the house keeper has not mananged to prepare the place.

Location was very nice since it had a view of the city and was close to the center. Place was clean, cute and complete of basic needs.. not to mention pet friendly. We really enjoyed our visit and recommended it to friends and family.
