Really good place only shadowed by the terrible booking process. It took me days to confirm my booking because the company behind requested to me (previous to my arrival) information like my passport - without even having a Privacy policy in place. In theory, to speed-up the check-in process but the reality was that I had to do the whole check-in process when I was in St Mungo (and giving them my passport for making a copy). Even then, when I have sent everything that they asked me for, they didn't confirm my booking because they got confused. Last but not less, I asked for an invoice and it took them a month to send it to me. Again, a great place with a terrible booking management.

The people at the reception were very kind!

I received a private room with ensuite bathroom, refrigerator and stove. It basically was a studio apartment. The building has 24 hour security. The building is located near the central bus station and train station.

Very modern building and rooms, simple rooms that have everything necessary though, and were surprisingly spacious. Super friendly and competent staff on premises 24/7. Definitely would recommend.

Everything was better than expected. It is clear that this is no luxury hotel.
