Nothing - total scam.

This scamming place sounds exactly like the places that Booking.com warns you not to share information with. Upon booking they immediately demand photos of your IDs, you need to fill out a huge amount of personal information and even upload a selfie to their extremely sketchy looking unsecure website. When questioned why they need this, they have no reasonable explanation and when questioned about their data and privacy protections, they have none and just keep insisting that "everything will be safe and fine, just give us all your data, images, IDs, etc.". Totally unacceptable, and then despite uploading all of this, they may still decide that you have not met their arbitrary requirements and just completely refuse your booking - the day before you are supposed to check in, leaving you with zero options for accommodation. What absolute scum these people are.

My own bathroom and kitchen was nice. Also there was an elevator to get up to my room. For the kitchen there were some basic utensils for cooking.

The window can only be opened very narrowly. This was also the case for a different accommodation, so maybe that is standard.

Friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, great facilities. Room was clean.

Loud music playing until after midnight.
