"Good priced house in quiet but central location"

Quiet street, good sized house, comfortable furnishings, very reasonably priced and close to amenities. Owners were very reasonable with me when I requested a later check out time due to my wedding later that day.

Only downsides were no tea/coffee (not a major issue, but always nice to have) and probably worth pointing out that the rainwater shower head felt quite loose and weak, works absolutely fine but probably worth looking at moving forwards as did not feel very secure...

Location Living room, Bedroom and Bathrooms good size. Owner allowed early check in. Right next to carpark and town centre.

I've stayed at another of the properties and the decor was beautiful. This one is very basic. Cleanliness needs attention. Carpets as you enter and kitchen crockery, utensils.

"My sister and I enjoyed our stay in Guisborough and we were very comfortable in the Cosy Cottage."

The location was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and lounge good. We found a very interesting channel on the TV-PBS. We liked Guisborough very much. There was a handy car park in easy walking distance.

The property could benefit from hooks or a place to hang clothes.
