Randers residence Sankt Andreas - 2 room apartment

Ok for a night. Close to highway so good for transit, also the beds were comfy and the apartment had what we needed. I could see some nice little details like a guitar in the corner.

It seemed like noone had been in the apartment for a while, only two beds were made when we arrived (for our family of five) so we had to fix the rest ourselves and there was mouldy coffee in the machine. Also the place seemed a little basic for the price, for example the shower would make the whole bathroom wet and you would have to wipe up the mess with towels to not get your feet wet when going to the toilet. I was also surprised that the apartment was right in a living area in a building where several families with young children seemed to live...just seemed like an odd place for such a vacation home where people come and go.

I've been booking hotel stays on Booking for both my business and leisure trips for over 10 years, and I can confidently say this has been my worst experience. To begin with, it was quite difficult to find the location, which became even more complicated since I arrived at night. Once at the door of the apartment, I could barely get in because of the inefficient system they have for leaving the keys in a small box on the door frame, which I managed to open by sheer luck. As for the apartment, let me tell you, the room is so small that to close the window, you literally have to walk over the bed to get to the other side of the room. The living room windows are sealed and therefore can't be closed, which is quite uncomfortable, especially during the early morning when the temperature drops. The bathroom is a disaster—I'd even say it's worse than the one I had when I was in the army. As if that wasn't enough, since there were no instructions regarding the Wi-Fi, it was impossible for me to access it. To top it all off, I've been requesting an invoice for 4 weeks (it was a business trip), and the apartment hasn't had the decency to reply to a single message. Honestly, I recommend sleeping on the street rather than booking here—it would at least be cheaper.

We only rented the flat to have a place to sleep for one night. The flat was situated outside the center of Randers, but it did not matter too much, as we only needed a place to sleep at a reasonable price. The flat was very clean, so we have no more comment whatsoever.

Apartment in a block of flats on the first floor (no elevator). Quiet district outside the city center. 40 minutes by car to Aarhus. There's a bakery nearby and supermarkets within a few minutes. Clean, pleasantly furnished. Shampoo and soap available in the bathroom. Free parking space on the street in front of the building.

Quite soft beds, if you have back problems I don't recommend it. High, hard pillows, uncomfortable for our family, but this is a personal feeling. Quite original common faucet for the shower and sink in a small bathroom. Be careful, because if you take a shower, it will be impossible to use the sink without getting your feet wet. There are 3 pots in the kitchen, but no lids. Very old and very damaged pans, they should have been replaced a long time ago! The kitchen cabinets are quite damaged. The amenities listed in the offer include a washing machine and a dryer - in fact, there is no washing and drying facility. The apartment looks newer in the photos than it actually turned out to be. Could be repainted and minor repairs made. Only Smart TV, no cable or satellite TV.

A perfect stay for my needs! I wanted a location near to the Randers parkrun and this was a 10-15 walk to the start line. The information from the host was accurate and easy to understand. The location was clear from the booking details and the instructions to get in were simple and easy to follow. The apartment was a good size and whilst visiting on my own can imagine it'd be great for a bigger family to use. The kitchen was stocked well enough for me to prepare an evening meal and breakfast and there was enough things like washing liquid and tools to wash my dirty dishes. There was lots of options for fast food however, I visited the local Netto, a 10 min walk away.

For anyone with limited mobility it would be hard to access the apartment on the first floor but the description is clear that it's a first floor apartment. It's a 40 min walk from the station so if you wanted something closer, this might not be the place. However, it was a perfect location for my needs and I wouldn't hesitate to come back here if I was to visit the area again!

Good quiet comfortable place to stay on the long way

Everything was nice, cozy, and clean. Good communication with the host.

The bed from the bedroom is not a double bed. There are 2 single beds attached 1 to each other, and it's not very comfortable. Also, the sofa is not comfortable. But this depends on each person.
