TWMy family and I stayed from 28th June to 2 July. The best part of property is none other than its strategic location, apart from which, the overall presentation and provision of the accommodation was rather sloppy.
The provider gave clear check-in instructions and long list of penalty and incidental charges ranging from losing access cards to not clearing the rubbish upon checking out, we agreed. Unfortunately, we arrived to a three bedroom unit around 9:30 pm to find no drinking water, no shampoo, no tissue papers. The bedrooms had unpleasant ordor throughout our stay, same for the towels , and there were stains on the linen & blankets , no house keeping services at all in 4-day of stay! In addition to the above, equipment like laundry stand, and electrical appliances like electrical kettle, ironing available were either of the cheapest quality or broke down. We certainly would not return or recommend this property to anyone.
