1. iron that was provided cannot be used. already smell burnt smell before used it yet we still used it because we have no choices. when we accidentally put the iron at the duvet after it burnt our clothes, we have to pay the cost of the iron, duvet n duvet cover. 2. no shampoo provided in master bedroom. 3. no drinking water provided. 4. when we order grab, it detected as clio 1 not clio 2. so a few misunderstanding occur when we order grab. apparently clio 2 location was not in grab app.
