The first 24hrs we were without heating or hot water! The property had not been prepared for our arrival - the boiler hadnt been switch on! There was no information about the property in the apartment. Had to email for all queries - wifi code issued was wrong - for future reference its all lower case. The property is in a prime location but light sleepers be warned. Noise at night from the bars which doesnt go on too late but then we have the staff talking in the square till the early hours of the morning followed by the dustcarts, bottle emptying and other various delivery drivers.

Ottima posizione dell' appartamento. Parere negativo sull"igiene. Al suo interno c'era polvere su alcuni mobili,e ragnatele fitte pendenti dal soffitto. Dulcis in fundo,il frigo pieno di muffa ed il forno sporco. Per non parlare dell' assenza della TV, menzionata nella lista dei comfort dell' appartamento.
ESExcellent location, fantastic views, very nice apartment, nice balcony overlooking Piazza del Commune. Check in was very easy and they even let us check in early. Overall great experience.
No water kettle

USBest location in all of Assisi ----Positioned directly above the central Piazza del Comune looking down on the fountain and surrounding area. Lovely views out of all windows. VERY roomy, attractive two bedroom apartment, nicely furnished. Easy access. Fun, lively location surrounded by restaurants and shops. Wonderful apartment---would stay here again despite uncomfortable bed in master bedroom.
Bed in the master bedroom was exceptionally hard---to the point of being uncomfortable to lie on. Recommended replacement of mattress or at least installing a thick foam mattress cover. Bath towels were old and rather small. Other than those two items, apartment was perfect.
