USUSThe hotel is very nice. The amenities were really nice. Heated pool kids water pad. Hot tube and spa area. Great views from all rooms.
The floors were not clean. You needed to wear shoes. I do not walk around barefooted but my 6 year old grandson does. The floor never got cleaned while we were there. Our stay was 4 nights. The only other issue was the water pressure is really bad in the shower no matter what time of day or night you take showers.
USUSUSTropical flowers and palms everywhere instantly make you feel like you’re in paradise. The pool is beautifully maintained and Infused water at the poolside and water and sweet tea in the lobby is much appreciated. The lounge chairs are comfortable and there is a nice quantity of them. The room was nicely arranged with full size fridge , coffee pot , small microwave . King bed was comfortable and so were the bedding. The plantation blinds were also a very nice touch instead of heavy drapery. Outside door leads to your own private balcony. Two ply toilet tissue and supplies are nice. Access to luggage carriers were helpful.
