Holiday Inn Resort Panama City Beach by IHG

Location to the ocean, everything you needed was in the resort

Lazy river was not working the entire stay, room was dirty and not of good quality,pool was not heated, front desk called and said my card wouldn’t go through for 35 bucks and wanted me to come to the front desk at the middle of the night for it to magically go through after, bathrooms where disgusting

we opted to include the breakfast which was a disappointment. While the selection was huge the quality was ok. Biscuits and gravy, gravy was very blah, eggs were very institutional tasting etc....when we received the bill (amount crossed off because we had the vouchers (the amount of $90 was INSANE for the quality and for 2 people. TIP skip the breakfast. The view from our room was fantastic, I have to say that I was a little confused as every room in this hotel is ocean view! When booking to the room based on description, I would have chosen another option that fit our size better. I booked a much bigger room because that was the only one showing Ocen View. The fridge in our room looked like someone took o it with a golf club. There were dents all over it. The pool is gorgeous but would definitely be nice if was heated for cooler weather. The lounge chairs aesthetically look beautiful but are not functional. You can only lay on them facing forward, you are not able to flip to tan your back half lol. We saw many people with odd tans because of it. Bands at the Tiki were very good and entertaining. But....if you are with your kids and were looking forward to watching the movies by the pool.... there is no volume while the bands are performing. Just an FYI. I spent $1700 for 2 nights in a room that had a king bed, half room divider with a full, twin bunk (that we did not need, but we booked only because that was the only category left stating Ocean View) We spent less at all-inclusive hotels. But view and staff were fantastic!

The only thing I would change is that housekeeping swept the room daily to get the sand off the floor.
