Este año me hicieron algo de muy mal gusto pagué una habitación en primera planta por comodidad para mí porque viajo con una bebé y resulta que dieron la habitación en el piso 10, cuando fui a reclamar a recepción me dijeron que eso que decía planta baja se refería a una habitación del 7 al 10 piso, siendo mentira porque en años anteriores e hecho lo mismo y siempre me toca 1 plata. El tema de las comida de los niños ha empeorado, anteriormente daban una comida razonable para los niños ahora la orienta vez que fui 10/10 la segunda mejor empeoró pero era razonable esta vez fue horrible porque de almuerzo y cena dan dos nuggets de lo peores que vienen en la bolsa de un son prácticamente masa y los más pequeños. Recomiéndo comer afuera
