USThe resort has everything you need! Whether you’re bringing the whole family or just the two ya, The Holiday Inn Resort is for you! Plenty of dining options, wonderful drinks at the bar with Austin, entertainment every night, daily kids activities, movies nightly, they literally have something for everyone! Plus every room faces the gulf, so the views are amazing. One of my favorite things about the resort is The Market. So convenient to run in there for drinks, a snack, or if you forgot anything small, they probably have it in there! You won’t be disappointed booking you next vacay at The Holiday Inn Resort!

USUS1) Politness of the staff (very friendly and supporting) 2) Breakfast (delicious) 3) Towel service (we took once or twice more than 4 towels at the pool, no one complained) 4) Room service (we ran out of coffee and within 15 minutes after calling the reception, we got it) 5) Fast reaction of your maintenance (regarding safe replacement) 6) We asked for 2 more big bath towels for the room, we got them immediately 7) Parking area across the street was very organized and the shuttle to the parking area was always ready to go 8) 2 sinks were very usefull (one in the bathroom and one beside the coffee-table). Good idea.
1) The air-condition-system in the room was to loud/noisy 2) The sound system of the television was not quite good 3) The house-keeping only brushed our carpet, it should have beeon vacuumed 4) The stairs in the gangway were dirty (not much, but enough to recoginze it) 5) The room could have been a little bigger. It was quite narrow for 4 people 6) I explored only 1 smoking area outside the hotel (one inside the hotel would be appreciated)
