USWe stay at this resort almost every year. It’s a great location and has everything we like. It’s always clean and the staff is great.
We really look forward to using the steam sauna and this time it was not working. That was a big disappointment! Also, the cost to stay here is getting really expensive, with fees and taxes it’s $600 a night.

USUSJust book this place! I looked and compared dozens of hotels and this one was a little more expensive but wanted to splurge & I could go on & on about several things that were amazing. The landscaping is stunning! Beautiful trees and flowers and huge plants. Seeing someone care for and water the plants daily! There are speakers in their pools so if you’re underwater you can still hear the music clear as day, incredible touch! It was not overcrowded, staff was incredible. The breakfast buffet was shocking, fully like a sit down service and endless options. Never seen a breakfast buffet so nice before! A huge thing for me was free pool towels, that service alone is so huge! Nice touch! Easy and quick access to the beach without having to hassle with gates. Showers coming in from the beach. There was live music every single day, there was a DJ playing music or an actual person playing music and singing. It was lovely. There is a little convenience store attached to the property, which was really nice if you forgot something it was just right there for you. The bar was in a nice location, shaded and large enough to fit everyone, lots of outdoor seating. There is a tiki hut for on site pizzas made. And a snack shop to order any other type of food. Both were delicious. You literally don’t even have to leave the property for any reason it’s all right there. Even an ice cream shop and arcade. We went for a walk on the beach and were shocked at how many hotels had overcrowding on their beach site. There was like eight rows back full of people on top of each other but this specific hotel you had plenty of room on the beach to spread out and it wasn’t overcrowded.
If I had to complain about one little thing, it had to be the elevators there was only four elevators on site and one wasn’t working at the time so only 3 for the whole place and there’s also not AC in the elevators so it’s pretty hot and pretty cramped in the elevators. It’s the only reason I scored a nine instead of a 10, but I get it things happen.
