USWe have gone to this resort once a year for 5 years and it’s our favorite place to vacation with kids. Everything we need is right on the resort. I love that they have something special planned nightly for families such as the pool and movie nights or the dancers on stage.
We usually have no issues so I just want to clarify that this has only happened during this visit. We booked our stay with booking and called and confirmed that I was paying extra for breakfast to be included in the price for 3 adults and 2 children. When we arrived they showed us this tiny print at the bottom saying it was only 2 adults and 2 children. I showed them the screenshot that I paid for breakfast for 5 adults and they still said it was wrong but did end up giving me the other breakfast pass. We took our children out to play at the pool and there were no towels. When I went to the front to ask she said we don’t put those out until 8:30 and I was confused bc if the pool is open why not have the towels ready. During our previous stays everything is ready for the guest prior to amenities opening. We also purchased a roll away bed for my 10 year old and it was super springy. Not comfy at all. However they sent up some comforters to try to help soften it but it just didn’t work. They definitely tried to help with that but other than these few things our stay was good.
