Unique Luxurious 17-Century Smart Chapel in Historical Center - Sintra WOW

Localização excelente e lugar mesmo à porta!

1 - Lots of gadgets inside, big tv screens, nice kitchen equipments. 2 - location;

1 - There was no internet. So we could not enjoy anything of the house like the gadgets or the big screens, and that was a big disappointment. 2 - we were 4 people, but there were only 3 bath towels; 3 - we noticed that no one was taking care of the house since a long time, like the abscence of internet and even some big and ornamented spider webs falling from the roof were pointing out. The house was not quite clean, the dishes were all dirty, and the smell of the closed house was too intense. 4 - the blanket of the room 1 was dirty, needing to be washed urgently. 5 - the shower soap was empty.

It was absolutely immaculate, it had everything you could possibly need, even a fully fitted kitchen with oven which is rare. The decore was stunning and unique, close to all the attractions shops etc definitely can't recommend it more

Toda uma desilusão. As fotos não correspondem ao espaço que alugámos, misturaram tudo. Isso não costuma acontecer na Booking, tendo em conta a minha experiência com a vossa plataforma. Mostram sempre como é o espaço arrendado. Neste caso, os proprietários misturaram as fotos dos espaços, pelo que escolhemos muito mal mesmo, muito enganados. Por exemplo, dizia que tinha jacuzzi, com fotos, e nada. Netflix também, e nada. Chaves da porta, nada. Máquina de jogos, nada (a máquina estava lá, mas partida, é só um mono inútil para enganar as pessoas). Mais, tentei ligar várias vezes para o contacto fornecido pelo proprietário para perceber o que não estava de acordo, e a ligação ia SEMPRE para um gravador que dizia que o número não estava disponível. E NUNCA nos devolveram as várias tentativas de contacto. Ou seja, não querem ser contactos e resolver o que quer que seja, mesmo vivendo ali no mesmo espaço. Deplorável como anfitriões, nunca tinha tido uma experiência tão má. Portanto, sentimo-nos completamente desrespeitados pelos anfitriões e não recomendamos este alojamento a ninguém.

Da falta de honestidade (o espaço não correspondia às fotografias) e de NUNCA nos terem atendido o telefone, e nós tentámos várias vezes. Muito desiludidos mesmo. Nunca me tinha acontecido isto num espaço privado marcado pela Booking. E eu escolho pela Booking por causa disso mesmo. Portanto, também sugiro que avaliem melhor as vossas ofertas e que continuem a diferenciar o que é de um espaço e de outro, não misturando as fotos como se fosse tudo o nosso quarta... Ridículo. Uma vergonha!

The chapel itself is lovely. Some odd decoration but quirky. The location is fabulous. The beds are comfortable.

There was no hot water the whole 3 night stay. This was escalated to the owner who wanted to move us to a much inferior room or to use the facilities at another room which required walking around the outside of the property mid storm. There was no compensation despite being unable to shower and I waited long enough for this owner to offer this. He stated it had been fixed and tried to argue that we were too stupid to turn the taps the right way which was ridiculous. The reality is the accommodation is not fit for purpose. The chapel was clean but the rest of the house clearly needs a renovation and there is damp smell everywhere. This place could be exceptional with care but it is not.

La cama era cómoda.

El olor a humedad y cerrado es insufrible. Las paredes están sucias y hay moho. Puedes encontrarte alguna telaraña por las lámparas. El cuarto de baño huele demasiado a tubería. El vídeo que manda tiene más cosas de las que hay o funcionan. Lo del parking es mentira, no hay. No deja llaves de repuesto y tienes que conformarte con el código. Justo el día de la entrada te pone que el pacman está roto y que va a mandar a alguien a arreglarlo (spoiler, no lo arreglan). También cobran una tasa extra del país que hay que dejar en el alojamiento (me resultó poco fiable).
