Zentrale Lage! Guter Ausgangspunkt um Triest zu besichtigen.

Unangenehme Raumluft (Raucher im Gebäude?) Schlafcouch war sehr unbequem - Matratze war nicht bezogen. Sauberkeit in der Küche (teilweise dreckige Gläser).

We had an excellent stay. The rooms where clean and tidy. The appartment was very central and you can reach everything in the city centre by foot very conveniently. The garage for parking is located very close by and saved us the hassle of finding a parking spot. The breakfast at the city centre was incredible. Thank you very much for this unforgettable experience. We would recommend staying here any time.

Eine ruhige, geräumige, funktional eingerichtete Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Bis auf die fehlenden Geschirrspültabs und die nicht auffindbare TV-Fernbedienung haben wir alles, was wir brauchten, gefunden. Die vom Gastgeber aufgenommenen Kurzvideos waren sehr hilfreich, ein weiteres, das zeigt, wo der Müll entsorgt werden kann, wäre nicht schlecht. Die Mitnahme des Hundes war kein Problem - cool.

Wir waren froh, überhaupt eine Garage zu haben, auch wenn diese nicht gerade um die Ecke lag und für den Honda CR-V zu klein war (wir haben die Tür zur Garage offen gelassen, so geht's auch). Schön wäre es, wenn pro Aufenthalt 1-2 Geschirrspültabs angeboten würden und etwas mehr Besteck würde auch nicht schaden.

There was no vouchers for breakfast, than all was very complicated about paymant.. and it was very hot, so it needs aircondition.

The apartment is located in the very center of the city, and yet you can enjoy silence and peace. Modernly equipped apartment with all possible facilities, coffee machine, air conditioning, TV, wifi... Very meticulously cleaned and tidy. Just a few minutes' walk away, you are in the very heart of Trieste. A large selection of restaurants and pizzerias at a distance of 65m from the accommodation. Private garage for a car. I heartily recommend this accommodation.

Everything was just perfect. We had everything we needed to stay more than one day in the apartment. People have become too demanding nowadays. Some would like to have a golden hen's egg brought to them. I am a man of the people and beautiful things make me very happy. This apartment was perfect for me!!!

We liked the accommodation and the location.

The sheets for the sofa bed were very smelly, like they were washed and then folded, but were not dried enough. After our departure, I got a message from the owner who wrote me that he lost the Superhost title due to the bad review from the previous guest who asked a discount from the owner and he didn’t want to give him a discount, he got a bad review. Therefore, he asked me to write good review and give him 10/10 grade and even offered to write the message so I can just copy it. This seamed to me as an attempt to trick me and future guests, since there is no Superhost on Booking, but on other platform and once I wrote this to him, he never replied.

We had a wonderful stay in Trieste. The apartment was perfectly located for a city trip—just around the corner from the pedestrian zone leading to Piazza Unità. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and bars in the area, and everything is within easy reach and very central. There are also shops nearby for groceries and other needs. We arrived by car and were able to safely park in a private garage belonging to the apartment, located just a 2–3 minute walk away. It worked out perfectly. The apartment is well-equipped and well laid out, with very comfortable beds and plenty of space. Alessandro was extremely friendly and helpful. The key handover and explanations about the apartment were smooth and very well organized. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!
