Location of the apartment is perfect, silent street, in the middle of Triest and near to restaurants and main attractions. Apartment furniture was very good. Cleaning could be improved but still was ok.

At booking we got a video how to handle the air condition. But 1 day before we left for Triest, the owner announced that there is no air condition. He either disabled it or it was broken and he did not repair. It was very hot in the apartment and I had chosen it also because of the air condition. We could not sleep at all, as temperature inside was between 27 and 31 degrees Celsius despite opening windows every evening and morning. But other than mosquitoes no fresh air came in, as the wall of next house is 1 meter in front of the bedroom window. Other windows are in living room, opening to a courtyard with narrow walls, so also no fresh air. Parking might be challenging, the garage is very short and 2 days cars parked in front of the garage, blocking the door. We needed to find the car owners, which was cumbersome.

Great Breakfast at the square with the Vouchers. Make sure you go early as to miss the Human Traffic of the incoming Ships. Good Location - many Restaurants and important sites to see in the direct area. Communication with the Property was also fast.

Mosquitos in Summer - take protection. We had some issues regarding the Air-Conditioning but was able to resolve it with the Property. The City as a whole does not really have green spaces - going with a Dog anywhere in Trieste is going to be challenging as there is nowhere to take the Dogs to the "Toilet".

Comfortable apartment, very convenient location. We checked in quickly and without any problems thanks to detailed instructions. Free parking in the center is definitely a significant advantage. breakfast was delicious in the cafe on the square. we had a comfortable rest.

The location is fantastic! So central, but also quiet. The cooperation with the host was good (there was one issue which was quickly solved). The apartment is well equipped and very clean. It's great to get an apartment with parking in Trieste - please note that the parking is a couple of streets away, but it's a secure garage that is perfect for a medium-sized car. Breakfast was great - this took the form of vouchers for a local renowned cafe, which could be used at any time until 4 pm, so very flexible.

There is no oven (although this is listed), so cooking is limited. A couple of dishwasher tablets would have been useful. Nice to have extra pillows and separate single duvets available, but please include covers for these. Personally, I would have preferred a handbook in the apartment rather than QR codes with instructions, especially as some of the QR codes were unreadable
