"A comfortable stay in the perfectly-sized apartment in a prime location."

The size of the apartment, modernity and well-equipped bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is ideal. Many of the main historical sites are within reasonable walking distance eg Holyrood Palace, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and buses and the tram are just around the corner! We loved the soap products in the bathrooms - thank you!

The grill grid in the oven was filthy and unwashed from previous use. The radiators were barely warm, although the heating was on and the radiators switched up, so the apartment was cold in the evenings. It would have been nice to have received an email from the host during our stay to enquire if everything was okay. In order to separate the rubbish and encourage recycling, a separate bin for glass and packaging would be ideal.

Betten für zwei Personen etwas schmal, Bett im Dachgeschoss zu kurz für Personen ab 185 cm, zusätzlich hat das Bett ein störendes Fußteil

Great location with the space our group required. Easy self check-in. Clean and modern. Quiet off street location. Dining table with 6 chairs allowed group to sit together. Spacious bedrooms. Fresh flowers!

Lacks comfortable seating for whole group. Sofa wrong shape, difficult to sit easily, only one occasional chair. TV not easy to watch in current position.
