Edinburgh Modern 3-Storey 3-Bedroom City Apartment

Handy location down private alley.

A little noisy in the morning because it is located next to workshops.

Everything was great. Beautifully done up. Very thoughtfully set up. Loved the decor.

Parking is a problem. It would have been great to have a designated parking.

Very clean and modern. Great size for 6 people. Great location and nice and quiet.

Could’ve done with some more dish towels as we could only find one. Hand towels for the bathrooms would’ve been good as well because we used our towels for bodies and hair. Additionally, things like kitchen roll, full washing up liquid would’ve been useful as we had to buy for only 2 days.

Modern , clean apartment. Has three double beds and 2 Bed Rooms and an Attic bed room. The apartment is cosy. The bedrooms are on the ground floor. Living room and kitchen is on the first floor. There are 2.5 bathrooms. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary gadgets. It is centrally located and at walking distance (5-20 min) from Restaurants, Public transport and major tourist sites.

Located in an inside lane, in front of a garage. It is quite noisy during the day with high vehicular pollution. People are nice and polite though. As there is no air conditioning, the apartment gets very warm . I had to open the windows in the living room to get fresh air in the apartment .

location was great, property was spacious and well equipped

very hot in the upstairs bedroom, although we were there during a very hot spell of weather, instructions for oven/microwave were all in foreign language and despite looking up the manual we couldn’t figure out how to change it to English, we did mange to figure out how to use it though and this was handy for sterilising baby bottles etc

Really good location. Literally ten minutes to Prince's Street. Apartment was immaculate, very clean. Tea coffee snacks and milk plus cleaning items left which was thoughtful. Information guides very good also.

No parking outside but useful information left. No microwave and found oven and hob difficult to work.

The property is stunning with high quality finishes and everything required for a comfortable stay provided. The property was spotlessly clean with clear information on check in and check out.

The property is located in a side street with a car garage so there are plenty of cars parked near the property and staff outside between 8am-5pm but this wasn’t an issue. Uber and taxi drivers are not aware of the location but will drop off just outside street.
