What a fabulous house, spacious, clean and comfortable. Short walk from the theatre, shopping centre and shops. The attention to detail was fabulous, the welcome tea, coffee and biscuits were a lovely touch. All rooms were clean and it was a lovely place to stay for a few days.

We found our bed in the loft hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, the near by garage were rather noisy in revving cars early on and one came far too fast down the alley nearly knocking one of us over.

Very well equipped. The apartment was lovely and warm. No issues with hot water

Noisy due to a garage directly opposite Uncomfortable beds 25 minute walk mainly uphill to the town.

We loved the location. Close to train station, restaurants and attractions.

Everything about the property was perfect. The added little touches like a welcome pack of tea, coffee and sugar, biscuits, fruit and even a vase of flowers was very thoughtful. For larger families/groups on a longer stay, there is also a washer/dryer. Instructions for cooker, boiler etc were all laid out in a folder as were things to do and places to eat in Edinburgh. The property was not too far from the Princes Street - an easy 10 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants around. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Edinburgh.
