Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped for a perfect stay! Beautiful, peaceful location! Excellent communication with the owner. Highly recommend.

Comfy, warm, quiet, lovely location, well equipped

The lodge is on a beautiful park amongst the most glorious countryside views. It's very welcoming, with all you need, comfortable, elegant and relaxing. The decking really adds to the lodge, providing great outdoor space.

We liked everything.

We had a very quick, short break in Louise's lodge last week & really wish it had been longer. The lodge was lovely and clean & very comfortable. We relaxed, chilled & slept well in the comfy bed. The decking area with a swing seat & table/chairs was private & a real sun trap on the morning we had sun! We had cosy evenings in, enjoying a bottle of wine & the streaming services, that worked well. We had all the pots, pans, crockey & utensils needed, good clean bedding & soft towels. In fact I can't think of anything that was missing! Our dog loved having the freedom of the secure balcony/decking area where he could watch the world go by (and the rabbits!) before taking a walk around the park & down to the river. It's just a short drive or approx 20 minute walk into Builth, where there's a good selection of shops and dog friendly pubs & Cafés - our favourite being The Drovers - absolutely wonderful delicious honemade food. Thank you Louise for the use of your lovely lodge & also for the wine & doggie treats - much appreciated by us all . We had a much needed relaxing break, loved the area & the lodge and will hopefully be back as soon as we can 🥰
