"Best Apartment to Stay In Turin"

Everything! Big thanks for super supportive host. Apartment was clean, big and located close to train station, bus station and metro. The kitchen had all essential appliances & cutleries. We were with a 1 year old baby suffering from cold, the place helped us a lot to get must needed rest to recover. Without thinking too much, follow the instructions to find the apartment & key.

Nothing as such, just make sure you respect the check out timing. The heating was not available from municipality when we visited. May be ask upfront if the heating is available or not before you visit. I had to buy a portable air heater to keep the place warm.

Nous avons du appeler le gestionnaire de nombreuses fois. L'inscription a été un véritable calvaire : 2h30 pour 4 personnes nous avons du appeler le gestionnaire car il etait impossible d'enregistrer les photos demandées, il y a renoncé. Nous n'avons eu les informations que 2 heures avant d'entrer dans l'appartement, malgré de nombreux rappels. Il semble que le gestionnaire utilisait une autre adresse mail que celle indiquée. A partir de notre entrée dans l'appartement (le gestionnaire hésitait sur la bonne porte) tout s'est bien déroulé. Nos interlocutrices étaient aimables, certaines ne parlaient pas Anglais.
