Location was great and the apartment was spacious and comfortable

The staff weren’t very helpful and seemed kinda putout. I arrived 6 minutes before 3pm checkin time and they reluctantly let me into the apartment and made sure I knew I was a few minutes early. I tried to use the rooftop pool at 5:30pm and they had decided to lock it early that day and their response was very dismissive when I enquired if I need to arrange access in advance. My shower also was broken when I arrived so had to have a cold shower the first night before they could fix it the next day.

Wonderful room and seamless communication with the owners. They also arranged transportation from the airport that was very professional as well.

There is nothing they could have done better.

the apartment location is perfect. Close to everything. The balcony is great to sit and relax. The service was exceptional.

Because I enjoyed my stay there, I can not say how it can be improved. I was able to walk around the area.

No face/wash-clothes, Pool - nice but need to place NO SLIP/NO SKID cover on steps. Very slippery. Dangerous.. I twisted knee. Safe- how to use directions on your check-in paper.

Location

The front door has glass square and the apartment doesn’t get dark when it’s time to sleep as the light from the hallway comes into the entire apartment. The bedroom doesn’t have its own independent door. Make sure you bring a sleeper eye mask.

The room layout, furnishings and appearance is great. Also the location couldnt be better.

The room was not clean at all on our arrival. The floor was dirty and counters were sticky with food residue from previous guests. Cleanup service provided was not thorough. Pillows are terrible and the hallway light outside room is bright while sleeping.
