Location and layout

The stairway/hallway light was on all night so we had to put a covering over the door. It would be nice to have coffee and tea on hand. A variety of pillows would be nice. These were too big for my husband.

"Great stay if you don’t need elevator"

Good- Great location! Beautiful apartment Comfy bed, good ac, nice shower

If stairs are an issue be aware the listed elevator does not work. Also pool is up 3 flights in a different building. Communication was okay. Communications were in Spanish. The shuttle driver had a really hard time finding the address. We did eventually get there. There were several doors all locked. A worker did show up quickly and let us in. Luz was nice and welcomed us. Suggestions- Have basics ready. Things like WiFi code, hairdryer, bath mat, coffee would be nice. However Luz was available to help if asked.
