Enjoy Apartment 4 pax at Ruzafa with sunny terrace

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! 🌿 Francisco ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer sofort geantwortet hat. Die Wohnung war sauber, geräumig und hat eine große Terrasse. Wir waren zu zweit, aber es gibt auch genug Platz für vier Personen zwei Schlafzimmer und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit bequemen Matratzen. Besonders schön: Francisco hat uns die Gebühr für den späten Check-in erlassen und war beim Check-out sehr flexibel, da unser Flug später ging.

Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Die Straße ist etwas laut, daher sind Ohrstöpsel empfehlenswert.

The property is in a great location, close to many bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. You can easily walk to the city center or take a bus/taxi to the beach. Big shout-out to Alejandro, who met us to hand over the keys. He’s such a lovely person, very knowledgeable about Valencia, and gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

The only small issue was at the building entrance, where repair work on the drainage system caused some smell when we arrived. However, the workers took measures to mitigate it, and by the time we left the property, it wasn’t that bad.

Apartment was nice Area was good

First there was an open hole in the lobby where they were repairing something. It smelled like sewer, really really really bad. The hole was covered with a wood walkway throughout all the stay. The elevator could not be used. The stairs were very steep and dark. My 70 year old mom was with us and it was very hard for her to go up the stairs. The hallway smelled like open sewer. And the smell was getting into the apartment. There was construction NOISE downstairs and through the wall in the living room. It was all day long and we could not sleep in or nap in the afternoon. The door to the patio was broken and very very hard to open. I communicated the construction noise to the manager and he apologized, HOWEVER, since there were TWO constructions going on at the same time and it was so noisy I think this should have been disclosed and we should have received a partial refund. It was not right for us to have to hear the loud noises throughout the day during our whole stay, especially since the afternoons are hot and we were in the apartment and not outside. Overall I think it was way overpriced. Also the bedroom windows were facing the street and you could hear everything, from people talking downstairs to the cars passing by.

Heel leuk appartement op een goeie locatie. De bedden zijn heel goed en de hosts supervriendelijk. Het terras is fijn (mits het niet te warm is om op te zitten)

The apartment was great however there were a couple of things that should be noted however they are outside of Francisco’s control. The lobby/stairs area had a significant odour. The street noise was a lot especially the garbage/refuse/recycling pick up that happens right outside the window at 2am. Also the 2nd bedroom that shares a wall with the neighbours. Is quite thin and you can year noise to/from each apartment.
