"Perfect apartment with perfect location"

The location was perfect, just 20-25minutes walk to the center of the city and same distance to the spectacular and famous, City of Arts and Sciences of Valencia. The beach La Malvarrosa is 20 minutes by buss and buss station is near to the apartment. The apartment with 2 separate bedrooms was clean and well equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffeemaker… etc.). The sunny terrace was excellent for starting a day with a taste breakfast and enjoying drink at the night. Comfortable mattresses of the beds. There are two Air conditioner. Francesko, the host, is very helpful and polite person. We spent unforgettable time and we will back again in this apartment. I really recommend it😀

"Comfy apartment great to explore Valencia"

Close to nice restaurants, Gulliver Park and Science Museum. Nice spacious apartment.

Area looked quite run down on arrival but once discovered more in the Russafa area was all good.

Really nice apartment, well equipped and good central location. Francisco was amazing, so helpful.

There isn’t much soundproofing in the apartment block and so the road noise and noise from other apartments was quite loud.
