"Good location"

Quiet location, access to beach. The main night markets are about 10-15mins walk away. The staff were polite and courteous. Rooms were ok.

Thee hotel is at the end of the stretch away from the hustle and happening place. So nothing much around the hotel. The rooms are just ok, not what you expect from Vivanta.

"The Services offered are not at all commensurate with the Prices they are charging.."

Location and food

Service is very very slow and poor…. Had to call the HouseKeeping and Reception atleast 5 times to clean the Room and that was done after 4 hours. Other Room Services are very very sluggish too… took minimum 20 minutes to get the desired services.

I liked the location, the room and food. Housekeeping, dinning area staff and room service were good. The front desk people were bit slow but gave us an upgraded room.

The parking area was outside, which is not expected from a 5 star hotel.
