"It was sweet and cosy but they can have a travel desk or city guide desk"

Good to see there's ITC and we trust the brand. Evening Aarti and everything was very prompt.

I needed a sanitary pad in emergency, they couldn't provide. One balcony would have been great.

"Awesome property"

It’s a superb property. All the staffs are very Co-operative and friendly. We enjoyed a lot here. Definitely worth a revisit. The breakfast consisted of an array of dishes and was awesome.

Maybe a bit far from the centre.

The location is good. Staff is great. Amik the front office manager deserves a special mention. A very courteous and knowledgeable person. They have a special evening program with high tea for the guests staying at the hotel which is complementary. The evening arti and the dance performance a must attend.
